    I love the "sisters"...and

I regretted to see them both lose. I  think  they both should be more comfortable with their "head" gear.  It is hot out there. I play tennis and would not wear anything extra on my head except a visor--not even a cap, for it would hold heat with no where to vent. Their opponents have their hair light and airy, well ventilated. it makes a difference. The head holds a lot of heat anyway and when covered with anything, the body cannot exhaust the heat. It seems someone in their camp would make a constructive suggestion about that.

And....I'll just say it.  Just take off the wigs when playing. I have over a dozen wigs/hairpieces and let m e tell you, they are uncomfortable enough just to tolerate for the glamour, but to play a prominent tennis match--no way!. You just need all of the freedom you can "muster" to think and m ove. Anything extra on your head holds in too much heat.  i just had to come out say it -- though, not to offend anyone.  Even for me to play with jewelery on and hear the dangling around my head -- can't stand it. it is distracting.

I agree with you both. We already know that they can be glamoroud off the court so they do not have to be all dressed up on court.  Just be comfortable out there and then they can consentrate on just playing great tennis.

hello alahtan,  I like that you like the sisters, but they probably don't wear head gear because having more than the wigs they wear, on their head is not feasible.

Secondly, you wear a visor and diss the hat.  The reasons you gave can be hard to imagine even though they are true.  I play tennis also and if I'm wearing a hat, I have to turn it around so that I can serve.  The help for the extreme heat is to wet the hat and then put it one and play the game until the crossover when the hat is fairly dry in not fully.  If the hat is still holding heat or the head is still hot, add a couple (2) pieces of ice and stake it around the hat then put it back on.  Heat stroke can well be prevented if one doesn't want to end up on that hot court.
