Does anyone else have a problem with the picture and sound breaking up on the Tennis Channel? We have Time Warner in Los Angeles and it is the only channel that this happening on. They continue to say that the box should be re-booted, but the doesn't seem to help a lot. I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same problem.
Thanks
Hi there, I did experience a very small amount of picture break up earlier today, but nothing of any note. I'm in the central region. What's REALLY bugging me right now is I'm trying to watch Roland Garros Tonight on my non wide screen TV and all of a sudden it's being broadcast in letterbox format!! The original broadcasting during the day did not look like this. I want to know if this is going to be a permanent change because if so, I need to buy a new TV!!!! HELP !
Yes, I am having the same problem, particularly with the audio, on Comcast in the mid-Atlantic area. I reported the problem to Comcast, and after their usual fiddling around, they have said that the problem is with the signal Tennis Channel is sending to them. I hope this problem is resolved before Wimbledon but Comcast had no estimated date of resolution. This problem REALLY interferes with watching tournaments - viewers switch channels rather than endure the audio cutting out, and sometimes the picture pixelating, every few seconds throughout an entire match/tournament.
